ORAN -- Altha Mae Sallee, 86, of Oran died Friday, Nov. 26, 1999, at Chaffee Nursing Center. She was born Sept. 17, 1913, in Arkansas, daughter of Edgar and Lula Tanner Greener. She was a retired sewing machine operator with the Oran Hat Factory. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Oran and the Order of Eastern Star #342...

ORAN -- Altha Mae Sallee, 86, of Oran died Friday, Nov. 26, 1999, at Chaffee Nursing Center.

She was born Sept. 17, 1913, in Arkansas, daughter of Edgar and Lula Tanner Greener. She was a retired sewing machine operator with the Oran Hat Factory. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Oran and the Order of Eastern Star #342.

Survivors include two daughters, Dorothy Crain and Betty Nall, both of Branson; 13 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one son, one brother and one grandson.

Friends may call Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran after 11 a.m. on Sunday.

Funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday. The Rev. Ed Carter will officiate, with burial to follow at Union Park Cemetery in Chaffee.
