PUXICO, Mo. -- Alma Yokley, 85, of Puxico died Saturday, Feb. 10, 2001, at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis. She was born May 30, 1915, at Leora, Mo., daughter of William Robert and Lettie Malone Cantrell. She first married Amos Ragsdale, who died July 20, 1982. She and Jack Yokley were married Sept. 25, 1988, at Puxico...

PUXICO, Mo. -- Alma Yokley, 85, of Puxico died Saturday, Feb. 10, 2001, at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis.

She was born May 30, 1915, at Leora, Mo., daughter of William Robert and Lettie Malone Cantrell. She first married Amos Ragsdale, who died July 20, 1982. She and Jack Yokley were married Sept. 25, 1988, at Puxico.

Survivors include her husband; three brothers, J.D. Cantrell of Jackson, Mo., Fred and Clifford Cantrell of Puxico; three sisters, Patsy Lynch of Puxico, Daisy Lynch of Little River, S.C., and Kathryn Earls of Pontiac, Mich.

She was preceded in death by a son and a brother.

Friends may call at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Puxico from 6-8 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Marshall Link officiating. Burial will be in Puxico Cemetery.
