ALINE TURNER

MAYFIELD, Ky. -- Aline Turner, 89, of Mayfield, Ky., died Saturday, Dec. 20, 1997, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

She was born May 13, 1908, in Graves County, Ky., daughter of Doane and Francis Ada Vessellos Rowell.

She married Anthony Neel, in 1959. He preceded her in death.

She was a member of St. Jerome's Catholic Church in Fancy Farm, Ky.

Survivors are a son, Charles Neel of Mayfield; two sisters, Francis Turner and Lee Thompson, both of Mayfield; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a son.

A memorial service will be held at a later date in Fancy Farm.

Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston is in charge with of arrangements.
