Alice Ketterman

Alice L. Ketterman, 91, of Jackson passed away Thursday, March 22, 2012, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. She was born Dec. 13, 1920, in Chicago, daughter of Thomas and Mary Mauldinado Huron. Alice moved to the Jackson area in the early 1970s. Alice L. Ketterman, 91, of Jackson passed away Thursday, March 22, 2012, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Dec. 13, 1920, in Chicago, daughter of Thomas and Mary Mauldinado Huron.

Alice moved to the Jackson area in the early 1970s. She was a beautician in her early years and later managed area food and drink establishments.

Loving survivors include a son, Norman (Ronda) Ertman of Jackson; a daughter, Linda Sabik of Chicago; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; and three great-stepgrandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother and a son-in-law.

A private ceremony will be held at a later date.

Cremation provided by McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center.
