DONGOLA, Ill. -- Alice Irene Aden, 81 years old, of Dongola, died at 2:45 p.m. Monday, April 1, 1991, at the home of her daughter, Leona Brown, Dongola Route 1.
She was born Nov. 30, 1909, at Louisville, Ga., daughter of William and Leona Brady Cooper.
She married George Henry Aden June 1, 1926. He died April 4, 1975.
She was a member of the Mount Olive Baptist Church and the women's auxiliary of the Moose.
In addition to her daughter, survivors are sons, Charles F. Aden, Marion, Allen A. Aden, Melbourne Village, Fla., and Dare Aden, Dongola; brothers, Jesse Cooper, Sandersville, Ga., and Robert Cooper, Valier, Ill.; a sister, Lucille Gladin, Tennille, Ga.; and a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A son, Jack Aden, preceded her in death.
Arrangements were incomplete at Crain Funeral Home in Dongola.
