FARMINGTON -- Alexis Morgan Ramsey, 6, of Farmington died Wednesday, March 26, 1997, at St. Louis Children's Hospital. She was born July 4, 1990, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Marilyn Morgan and Jesse Ray Ramsey. Alexis was a kindergarten student at Truman Elementary School. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Farmington and active in the pre-school choir. She was a member of American Girls Club, Historical Society, Babysitters Club, and Mary Kate and Ashley Club...

FARMINGTON -- Alexis Morgan Ramsey, 6, of Farmington died Wednesday, March 26, 1997, at St. Louis Children's Hospital.

She was born July 4, 1990, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Marilyn Morgan and Jesse Ray Ramsey.

Alexis was a kindergarten student at Truman Elementary School. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Farmington and active in the pre-school choir. She was a member of American Girls Club, Historical Society, Babysitters Club, and Mary Kate and Ashley Club.

Survivors include her mother of Farmington; her father of Pocahontas; a sister, Abigale Ramsey of the home; three half sisters, Jessica Dozier and Maci Ramsey of Pocahontas, Sheila Clippard of Jackson; maternal grandparents, Kenneth and Mary Morgan of Cape Girardeau; and paternal grandparents, Ray and Maxine Ramsey of Fort Worth, Texas.

Friends may call at Cozean Funeral Home after 5 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at First Baptist Church, with Dr. William Miller officiating. Burial will be in Hillview Cemetery at Farmington.
