The infant died Friday, May 3, 1996, at University Hospital in Columbia.

She was born earlier that day at the hospital.

Survivors include her parents; a brother, Hunter Owens; a sister, Madeline Owens; paternal grandparents, Larry and Geraldine Owens of East Prairie; maternal grandparents, A.J. and Bealus Summerlott of East Prairie, and Charles Moore of Matthews.
