JACKSON, Mo. -- Alberta M. Primm, 81, of Jackson died Friday, Sept. 15, 2000, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

She was born March 8, 1919, in Jackson, daughter of Ed and Emerline Hall Primm.

She was a member of Futrell Memorial Church of God in Christ in Jackson.

Survivors include a daughter, Mary Jackson of Cape Girardeau; two sons, Robert Lee Chavis Jr. of East St. Louis, Ill., and Carmel Lee Chavis of Madison, Ill.; one sister, Edna Goodson of Cape Girardeau; 11 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Monday at Futrell Memorial Church of God in Christ.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the church, with the Rev. Ollie D. Boyd and Dr. William Bird officiating. Burial will be in Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson.
