SIKESTON -- Funeral service for Agnes M. Watkins of Sikeston will be held at 1 p.m. today at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Kelley Grubbs will officiate, with burial in Memorial Park in Cape Girardeau.

Friends may call at the funeral home after noon today.

Watkins, 83, died Saturday, June 19, 1993, at Hunter Acres Caring Center.

She was born March 8, 1910, at Allenville, daughter of Walter and Minnie Hunter Groves.

Watkins was an assembly line worker 25 years at the former Superior Electric Co. in Cape Girardeau.

Survivors include two grandsons, Paul Allen of Marlton, N.J., and Steve Allen of Roanoke, Va.

She was preceded in death by a daughter and two half sisters.
