MARBLE HILL -- Ada E. Elledge, 88, of Marble Hill died Monday, Oct. 25, 1993 at Bond Nursing Care Center in Marble Hill.
She was born Feb. 20, 1905 in Bollinger County, the daughter of Joseph William Angel and Clora Rowe Angel.
She married the Rev. Clarence Elledge on Feb. 8, 1922. He survives.
She lived in Bollinger County most of her life and was a member of New Sylvian General Baptist Church for many years.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by one son, Glen Elledge, Cape Girardeau; four grandchildren; one stepgrandson and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sons, four brothers and one sister.
Friends may call today at 4:30 p.m. at Baker Funeral Home in Marble Hill.
Funeral service will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with the Revs. Lloyd Bowers and David Jordan officiating. Burial will follow in Bollinger County Memorial Cemetery.
