ZONTA PLANS EASTER HUNT FOR LITERACY

The Zonta Club of Cape Girardeau will host an Easter Bunny Tea Party on Saturday, March 27 at 2 p.m. at the Cape Girardeau Country Club.

The event will include an Easter egg hunt.

Tickets are $10 each and can be purchased at Ruopp & Ruopp, 1818 Broadway.

Each participant is also asked to bring a book to the Country Club that day.

The event will raise funds for the creation of literacy packets, which will be distributed to thousands of families through Cape Girardeau and surrounding counties, said Jean Harpole of the club.
