Mr. F stays home most of the time because of his poor health situation. He has been hospitalized several times this year with bladder and back surgery. He has a history of diabetes and hypertension as well.
His limited income leaves him without a phone and since he lives alone and has limited contact with his family, Mr. F's world has diminished considerably.
He is eligible for a homemaker to help him with stocking his pantry shelves and doing errands. One thing that would help his situation is a gift card to Wal-Mart or Broadway Pharmacy so he could replenish the essentials. His only income is a small Social Security check.
Mr. F was a mechanic and roofer when he was self-employed. His tools were recently stolen from him and although he wasn't working, it is a loss he dearly feels. Replacing the tools is pointless. But providing just a few of the things he needs to get by would make Mr. F feel better.
This former soldier would benefit from some personal items he finds difficult to find the extra income for. These include two pairs of size 44-30 Rustler blue jeans, two flannel shirts in 2x (red or blue) and a pair of men's shoes size 11. An important daily need that is hard to keep stocked is extra-large Depends (adult diapers).
