WORKSHOP ON WHEELS PLANS FEB. 7 PROGRAM

CAPE GIRARDEAU -- A workshop on storytelling will be held Feb. 7, sponsored by Workshop on Wheels.

The program, "Once Upon a Time," will be held at Minor Baptist Day Care in Sikeston beginning at 7 p.m.

Tonya Merritt will teach preschool teachers about creative storytelling and expressive language. The participants will be shown techniques on how to be at ease while storytelling. The presentation will conclude with several demonstrations of stories, materials and resources.

All area home and center childcare providers, early childhood teachers, students and parents are invited to attend. There is a $7.50 fee for the workshop. Please call Hatti at 471-6451 for more information.
