WORKSHOP ON WHEELS HOSTS SELF ESTEEM TALK ON THURSDAY

A workshop on self-esteem will be presented Thursday at 7 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Day Care, 55 N. Pacific.

The workshop is sponsored by the Workshop on Wheels program of the human environmental studies department at Southeast Missouri State University and the Area Licensed Providers Association.

The presentation by Debbie Landgraf of the Center for Child Studies at Southeast will demonstrate how a child's self-esteem has a dramatic impact on how he or she views the world. Activities for parents and teachers to use to facilitate high self-esteem and self-identity will be presented.

All area home and center child care providers, early childhood teachers, students and parents are invited to attend, organizers said. To register, call 335-5046.
