A workshop for medical and dental office workers on patient satisfaction will be held, starting at 8:15 a.m. Nov. 9 at the Holiday Inn Convention Center.
Agenda topics include the importance of good guest relations, creating positive first impressions, understanding patients' emotional behavior, managing patient dissatisfaction, phone scripts and marketing the practice from within.
Diane Palmer, president of Palmer Associates, a health care consulting and educational firm, will lead the workshop.
