PHOENIX -- One of the city's two serial killers has apparently claimed another victim.
Robin Blasnek, 22, was shot to death while walking over the weekend, and police said Thursday the murder had been linked through forensic evidence and similarities to dozens of other random shootings in recent months.
Authorities say the so-called "Serial Shooter" is responsible for three dozen shootings of people and animals. The shootings generally happen late at night, with no witnesses. Six people have been killed and 17 wounded since May 2005.
