A Scott City woman who used to co-own a bail bonds business pleaded not guilty to drug charges and bonded out of jail Wednesday.

Heidi and Michael Riegert were arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia Sept. 30 after Scott City officers searched their home at 505 State St. The officers reportedly found several vials containing cocaine, a vial that tested positive for methamphetamine and cocaine, a container of pills and several drug paraphernalia items.

Heidi Riegert is a former co-owner of Heidi and Dale Stickel Bail Bonds.

The couple posted bond and appeared Wednesday before Judge Scott Horman. They are scheduled to have a preliminary hearing Nov. 16 in Benton, Mo.
