She was taken by helicopter to Southeast Missouri Hospital.

Vincent spent the night in the Cape Girardeau County Jail after being cited for driving without a valid driver's license and not displaying a valid license on his van, said Ian Sutherland, assistant prosecutor for Cape Girardeau County.

Sutherland said the Highway Patrol's investigation did not indicate that Vincent was at fault for the accident, otherwise he would face more serious charges.
