CAPE GIRARDEAU -- Wolohan Lumber Co. will present the first of a 10-week clinic Thursday at the firm's showroom, 120 N. Kingshighway.
The firm will present a total of 10 mini-clinics ranging in topics from framing doors and windows to roofing, from insulation and ventilation.
"These classes are free to the public," said a spokesman of the firm. "No advanced registration is necessary. These classes can be great for the homeowner, handy man, and do-it-yourselfer.
Classes are scheduled from 7 to 9 p.m. each Thursday.

Thursday: Framing, Getting off to a Good Start.
Jan. 31: Sheeting and Sidings.
Feb. 7: How to Install Windows & Doors.
Feb. 14: Roofing.
Feb. 21: Insulation and ventilation.
Feb. 28: Plumbing.
March 7: Electrical, Installing switches and outlets.
March 14: Drywall.
March 21: Interior Paneling and Trim Work.
March 28: Cabinets, How to Make Cooking and Doing Dishes a Pleasure.
