WINNERS NAMED IN ROTARY ESSAY CONTEST

The Jackson Rotary Club recently announced winners of its "To Be A Friend" essay contest.

Winners in the junior-high division were Jennifer Horst, first place; Laura Horst, second place; and Annie Stoverink, third place. Traci Tuschhoff won first place in the college division.

Each student received a cash prize from the club. Jennifer Horst and Tueschhoff placed first and second in the district competition.

Jennifer and Laura Horst are daughters of Mr. and Mrs. Steve Horst, Stoverink is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Stoverink, and Tuschhoff is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leon Tuschhoff.
