After that, head downtown to The Hangout, unless you're "Too Cool" ...
If big laughs and supporting the local comedy scene are of interest to you, check out Riverside Comedy's show featuring regional comedy talents Dan Alten and Amber Klear at 7 p.m. today at The Hangout in downtown Cape Girardeau.
The duo is making the drive from Louisville, Kentucky, and it's Alten's second tour with Riverside Comedy.
Accompanying Alten is comedian Amber Klear, who is an active talent in the Midwest.
Host for the evening is Riverside's newest addition Ryan Berger. Berger is a frequent face at local open mics and comedy shows and has recently hosted for Rob Durham at the Funnybone in St. Louis, according to submitted information.
Showtimes: 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. | Must be 18-plus for the 7 p.m. show and 21-plus for 9 p.m.

The Bollinger County Chamber of Commerce is hosting a summer series, "Food & Music in the Park," at 6 p.m. Saturday at Twin City Park in Marble Hill.
Bring out the whole family and be ready for: live music, food vendors and room for children to play.
