Baughn said he will be scouring the Web in search of tidbits, rumors and breaking news regarding the election that he will immediately post on the site. The newspaper's Web site will also feature links to other Web sites, such as that of the Missouri secretary of state and the Cape Girardeau County clerk, that will offer official returns on state and local races.
