Meteorologists at the weather service's Paducah, Ky., office are predicting winds averaging 20 to 25 miles an hour and gusting to 45 miles an hour through 9 a.m. Sunday.

Winds this strong "can bring down small trees and blow loose objects around," according the weather service statement. High-profile vehicles can be difficult to control under such wind conditions, and drivers are warned to expect debris on roadways overnight.
