Heavy metal group Warrant will make a stop in Cape Girardeau during their "Cherry Pie" tour.
The band will perform June 21 along with Trixter and Firehouse. Warrant's second album, "Cherry Pie," has spawned three hit singles, including the title track, "I Saw Red" and "Uncle Tom's Cabin."
Hits from the band's first release, "Dirty, Rotten, Filthy, Stinkin' Rich," include "Heaven" and "Down Boys."
The New Jersey band Trixter will perform material from their self-titled first release. Firehouse's new single, "Don't Treat Me Bad," is climbing the charts.
Warrant has toured with Motley Crue, Ratt, Poison, and Queensryche. The band was nominated for "Best New Artist/Heavy Metal" on the American Music Awards.
Tickets for the 8 p.m. concert go on sale Saturday and are available at all regular ticket outlets and the Show Me Center box office. Reserved seats are $16.50. For further ticket information call the Show Me Center at 651-5000.
