Fuller, who operated Custom Enterprises at 1910 Independence, disappeared recently when confronted by law enforcement officials, said a spokesman for the county prosecutor's office.

Investigators say Fuller advertised his business with local media, including the Southeast Missourian, and lured clients with the promise of repairs and improvements to their homes, then took their money without providing the service.

People with information about Fuller or his whereabouts should contact the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department at 243-3551; the Cape prosecutor's office at 243-2430; Cape Girardeau police at 335-6621; or Jackson police at 243-3151.
