WALKING PROGRAM SCHEDULED TUESDAY

CAPE GIRARDEAU - The monthly Walking Together program will be held Tuesday morning in the Venture Court at the West Park Mall.

For early arrivers, a free continental breakfast will be served at 8 a.m. The program will follow at about 8:30 a.m.

The program is co-sponsored by Southeast Missouri Hospital, St. Francis Medical Center, and West Park Mall. Free coffee is provided by Chick-Fil-A.

Each monthly meeting will offer free breakfasts, guest speakers to discuss fitness and related health topics. The program will continue through May 7, when awards will be presented in nine categories to top walkers.

Participants also receive a free walker's log book, which enables walkers to keep a record of their mileage. Walkers can submit their mileage reports to the deposit box located in front of Pasta House at the end of every month for the award presentations.
