VO-TECH WILL OFFER COURSES ON REAL ESTATE

The Cape Girardeau Area Vocational-Technical School, 301 N. Clark, will offer continuing education for real-estate license holders.

Four sessions are scheduled with each course to be held at the school from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

They are:

Oct. 22 "Core Curriculum (Missouri Rules and Regulations" taught by Thomas M. Meyer.

Oct. 24 "Tax Implications of Real Estate Ownership" taught by Mary Kistner.

Oct. 29 "Appraisals of Real Property-Residential" taught by Lane Cunningham.

Oct. 31 "Legal Doctrines-Federal Fair Housing" taught by Thomas L. Meyer.
