Each year the center sponsors activities to increase public awareness about programs offered at the school located at 301 Clark.

Construction of a new career center is near completion east of Interstate 55 and west of Kingshighway near Silver Springs Road.

In addition to the breakfast, the career center has held program demonstrations at Westfield Shoppingtown West Park and before the Board of Education.
