Ingredients.
2 pounds deer cut into bite-size pieces
1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks
12 cherry tomatoes
1 can (16 ounces) ripe black olives
12 strips of bacon
1 onion, cut into chunks
1 can whole green chiles, rinsed
12 fresh mushrooms, cleaned
1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 bottle (12 ounces) Lawry's Mesquite Marinade with Lime JuiceSeasoned saltGarlic pepperDirections: In large resealable plastic food storage bag, combine marinade with meat chunks. Marinate in refrigerator at least 30 minutes. Remove meat. Alternately thread meat pieces with a variety of the ingredients onto skewers. Grill or broil about 6 to 8 minutes or until meat is desired degree of doneness. Season with salt and garlic pepper to taste. (makes 4 to 6 servings)
