Vandals damage dozens of headstones in Pacific
PACIFIC, Mo. (AP) -- Police in the eastern Missouri town of Pacific are searching for the vandals who damaged more than 70 headstones. The damage occurred at two cemeteries. Some of the damaged headstones date back more than 100 years. Authorities say the damage occurred just hours after Boy Scouts placed flags at the graves of veterans. The damage was found Saturday morning.
