VANCE RECEIVES REGENTS' SCHOLARSHIP AT SOUTHEAST

CAPE GIRARDEAU -- Lana Q. Vance of Advance has received a Regents Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University during the 1991-92 academic year.

The Regents Scholarship is awarded to high school seniors graduating in the top 10 percent of their class and scoring above the 90th percentile on the ACT or SAT. The award covers full-time fees per semester and is renewable for four years.

Vance is a senior at Delta High School. She is student council treasurer, yearbook sports editor, a member of National Honor Society, Future Business Leaders of America, Future Homemakers of America and the recipient of the Daughters of the American Revolution Award.

Vance is the daughter of Bill and Shirley Vance of Advance.
