Southeast Missouri State University received a grant from the Missouri State Archives to preserve documents relating to the Little River Drainage District. The $6,573 grant will address a large number of records containing administrative, legal and financial papers from 1908 to today, according to a news release from the Missouri secretary of state, which oversees the archives. Southeast's grant is part of $65,000 awarded to the Missouri State Archives by the National Historical Publications and Records Commission.
