UNIVERSITY GROUP PRESENTS `RENTED CHRISTMAS FAMILY'
The University Players will present the play "A Rented Christmas Family" at 7:30 p.m. Friday in Rose Theatre. Admission is free but donations accepted at door. Proceeds will go to the Muscular Dystrophy Association. The half-hour family drama by Sherry Roseberry tells the story of a young professional whose boss is coming home to meet his employee's family at Christmas. The problem: The young man has only been pretending to have a family in order to keep his job. He has to find a family fast, and some very interesting candidates apply.
The lighthearted show is filled with music and songs children know.
