PERRYVILLE, Mo. - An undercover operation has led to the arrest of three Perryville residents on drug charges.

According to Perry County Sheriff Gary J. Schaaf, Michael J. Wood, 34, Jamie A. Zeigler, 32, and Gayle A. Morse, 42, are charged with Class B felony for distribution, delivery, manufacturing and producing marijuana.

Schaaf said Perry County Sheriff's Department personnel began their undercover operation in Perryville in October.

Criminal investigators arrested Morse and Zeigler at the same residence. Schaaf said Wood was already in the Perry County Jail on charges of producing methamphetamine.

The suspects are in custody at the Perry County Jail.
