ZALMA, Mo. -- Two Bollinger County, Missouri, residents were killed Sunday when the vehicle they were in overturned and caught fire. James R. Wade, 57, and Angela R. Freeman, 49, of Zalma died after an accident at 8 p.m. Sunday. ZALMA, Mo. -- Two Bollinger County, Missouri, residents were killed Sunday when the vehicle they were in overturned and caught fire.

James R. Wade, 57, and Angela R. Freeman, 49, of Zalma died after an accident at 8 p.m. Sunday.

Wade was driving west on Route M, just east of Route PP in Stoddard County, when the vehicle ran off the roadway, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report. The vehicle struck an embankment, overturned and caught fire.

Both were pronounced dead at the scene at 8:30 p.m. by Stoddard County Coroner Aaron Mathis.
