Two Commerce, Mo., teenagers are in jail on burglary and theft charges, Scott County Sheriff Rick Walter reported in a news release Thursday.
Megan Danielle Abbott, 19, and Devon Jacob Reeves, 17, face multiple charges after deputies recognized one of them from a security camera video while investigating an attempted burglary at a business in Morley, Mo., Walter reported.
After further investigation, deputies determined Abbott and Reeves were involved in several crimes, Walter reported.
Abbott and Reeves have been charged with six counts each of misdemeanor stealing, one count each of felony stealing and five counts each of felony second-degree burglary. They are in the Scott County Jail on $2,500 bond, Walter reported.
