Two Perryville children missing
The Perry County Sheriff's Office applied for a warrant for the arrest of Miguel Sanchez-Carmona, 26, of Mexico, on suspicion of parental kidnapping, said Capt. Delbert Riehn, but no charges have been filed yet.

The Perry County Sheriff's Office applied for a warrant for the arrest of Miguel Sanchez-Carmona, 26, of Mexico, on suspicion of parental kidnapping, said Capt. Delbert Riehn, but no charges have been filed yet.
The situation did not meet the requirements necessary to issue an Amber Alert, said Reihn.
Sanchez-Carmona was last seen July 10 at El Torrero's Restarant, where he was employeed, on William Street.
