Male and female passengers, both in their 60s, were in the rear seat of the F-150 and were pinned by the front seat, according to a family member at the scene who did not wish to be named. They were taken to Saint Francis Medical Center, said Cape Girardeau fire Capt. Kelly Allen. Neither Angle nor Allen could describe the seriousness of the passengers' injuries, but the woman was conscious while she was being loaded into a Cape Girardeau County Private Ambulance.

Neither of the drivers was treated for injuries at the scene, Allen said.
