Two Oran, Mo. men were arrested Monday after a search of their residence revealed materials used in the manufacturing of methamphetamines, according to Scott County Sheriff Rick Walter. Charles Taylor Jr. and Kevin Dennis have been each been charged with attempt to manufacture a controlled substance, a class B felony. Dennis has also been charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, also a felony. They are in the custody of the Scott County Jail on a $25,000 bond, respectively...
