Two from Marble Hill sustain moderate injuries in early morning crash

BOLLINGER COUNTY, Mo. - A Marble Hill man and woman were injured in a single-car accident on Route B early this morning.

The accident occurred five miles east of Marble Hill at around 1 a.m. as a 1999 Ford driven by Derek A. Hulvey, 19, of Marble Hill lost control in a curve, traveled off the right side of the roadway and overturned, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash reports website. The Ford was totaled.

Two passengers in the vehicle, Jesse W. James, 18, and Kelsi D. Bollinger, 19, both of Marble Hill, were taken to Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, where they were treated for moderate injuries.Pertinent address:Route B, Marble Hill, Mo.
