Two Cape Girardeau health professionals have been appointed to a state board that will oversee a program that will base pay for Medicaid providers on their medical performance. William R. Bradley, a family nurse practitioner at the Southeast Missouri Health Network and Christina R. Warren, the chief operating officer of Cross Trails Medical Center, were appointed to the Professional Services Payment Committee on Monday by Gov. Matt Blunt. Bradley holds a bachelor's degree in government from Georgetown University and a bachelor of nursing degree from Columbia University. Warren holds bachelor's degree in health management and a master's degree in administration from Southeast Missouri State University. Both will hold their positions on the board at the pleasure of the governor.
