CORNING, Ark. -- Two Corning residents are in jail pending a bond hearing after they were arrested this week on several drug-related charges.
Clay County Sheriff Ronnie Cole said a search of a residence found a suspected methamphetamine operation.
Arrested at the scene was Nola Jean James, 53.
John Robert Colburn, 33, also of that residence, was arrested in a traffic stop later, Cole said.
They are being charged with possession of meth, possession of anhydrous ammonia, manufacturing meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and theft by receiving, the sheriff said.
