Summary: Williams sold 12.9 grams of crack cocaine to a cooperating individual near Park Avenue in Cape Girardeau on Nov. 7, 2008. Later that day he sold an additional 6.7 grams of crack cocaine to the same person near the 100 block of Henderson Avenue.

During a latter transaction, Williams sold a Norinco SKS semiautomatic rifle to the same person for $200.

Name: Kenneth T. Campbell

Age: 22

Residence: Cape Girardeau

Sentence: 188 months

Charges: one felony count of possession of 5 grams or more of cocaine base with intent to distribute.

Summary: Campbell admitted that on Aug. 15, 2007, a police dog alerted officers to the presence of controlled substances on the side door of a vehicle in which Campbell had been a passenger. Cocaine base was later seized from the car and analyzed by a forensic chemist who identified it as crack cocaine. A DNA profile taken from off the surface of the plastic bag was found to be consistent with Cambell's DNA.

Charges: conspiracy to manufacture 5 grams or more of methamphetamine

Sentencing: Nov. 6. Young faces life imprisonment and a fine of $4 million or both.

Name: Justin Locke

Residence: Cape Girardeau

Charges: one count of conspiracy to manufacture 5 grams or more of methamphetamine

Sentencing: Nov. 6. Locke faces 40 years and a $2 million fine or both.

Summary: Both Locke and Young admitted to conspiring with others to manufacture methamphetamine in the Cape Girardeau area.
