A trust fund has been established for the family of Evelyn Sparks, her daughter and grandson who were killed last weekend in Sparks' home in south Cape Girardeau.
The fund has been set up by the Cape Girardeau Police Department and at City Hall, where Sparks worked as a janitor. Contributions can be made in care of either department.
Sparks, 49, her daughter Bridgette Harris, 22 and Harris' infant son Dontay Harris were found shot to death Sunday morning at the home on Ranney Street.
Harris' former boyfriend, Andrew Lyons, has been charged with three counts of first degree murder in the case.
Sparks has two other daughters, Tonya and Evelyn Harris, who live in Cape Girardeau. Her two sons live in St. Louis.
The funeral for the three will be held at 2 p.m. today at Ford & Sons Sprigg Street Chapel.
