ANNA, Ill. -- A rollover semi-trailer accident in Illinois prompted some lane closures early Friday. The truck rolled over on northbound Interstate 57 south of the Anna exit after midnight. For most of the morning, the northbound passing lane was closed, the Illinois State Police said. The driver of the truck, which was the only vehicle involved in the accident, did not suffer life-threatening injuries, a state police dispatcher said. All northbound lanes were temporarily closed for about 15 minutes around noon while workers removed the truck. The cause of the accident was under investigation.
