Five classes of trucks will participate in a truck pull May 26 that will benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association. The Egypt Mills Antique Tractor Club, which is co-sponsoring the event, is inviting truck owners to participate in the pull. The Egypt Mills Antique Tractor Club, which is co-sponsoring the event, is inviting truck owners to participate in the pull.

A $5 entry fee will go to MDA. Trophies will be awarded in each class. Interested truck owners should call Kirchhoff at 334-5898 or MDA at 335-4400.

The pull will be held at the Chuck Maevers Memorial Park in Egypt Mills, six miles north of Cape Girardeau on Route 177. The full afternoon of activities begins at 1 p.m. when the Joint Veterans Council of Cape Girardeau raises the flag.

After the pull, live music will be provided by "Hickory Nut." Spectators should bring lawn chairs.
