CLAYTON, Mo. -- The trial of a Pennsylvania man accused of molesting a 9-year-old girl at the Clayton Ritz-Carlton is scheduled to begin Monday.

Forty-five-year-old Daniel Hughes of the Philadelphia suburb of Conshohocken is accused of entering the wrong room at the luxury hotel while drunk in March 2011.

Hughes allegedly received the wrong room key when he told a front desk clerk that he had lost his own key. He then forced his way into the locked room while the girl's parents were in an adjoining room. Hughes reportedly told police he thought the child was a female acquaintance.
