Connie Copsy, AAA Travel Agency consultant recently toured Rome, Italy.

Copsy was a member of a group of 24 AAA of Missouri staff people who participated in the tour, hosted in Rome by Travellers Inc.

While in Rome, she visited several hotels and sites of historical and cultural significance.

Bernadette Bamberger, exercise physiologist with the Cardiac Rehabilitation Department at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, recently became certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as an exercise physiologist. She has been a member of the Cardiac Rehabilitation staff since June 1989.

Vicki Frank and Linda Lawrence, both of the Cardiac Rehabilitation Department, were recently certified as physical fitness specialists by the Institute of Aerobics Research, a subsidiary of the Aerobics Center in Dallas, Texas.

Frank, supervisor of the medical center's Cardiac Rehabilitation Department, has been at Saint Francis since 1977. Lawrence joined the rehabilitation team in February 1988.

Monica Klaffer and Michele Spaulding, members of the vascular laboratory staff at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, have completed the vascular technologist registry examination conducted nationally by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers.

The vascular laboratory is a division of the medical center's Heart Institute.
