Morley Swingle, Cape Girardeau County prosecuting attorney, taught a class session at the fourth annual Review of the Law Seminar held recently in St. Louis.

More than 220 attorneys attended the session, entitled "Trial Technique: Conducting Direct and Cross-Examination." Swingle also wrote a 30-page chapter in the "Trial Technique" book published by the University of Missouri and distributed to seminar participants.

Swingle was one of 18 faculty members at the seminar.

All Missouri lawyers are required to attend at least 15 hours of continuing legal education classes per year. Swingle's service as a faculty member will be applied toward the training he is required to receive.
