SCOTT CITY -- Ginnie Cline, sales representative for Ken Johnson Insurance of Scott City, has received a Life Achiever Award from the State Auto Life Insurance Co.
The award, presented to Cline by State Auto Insurance manager Al Jannett, is in recognition of outstanding life insurance sales and performance.
"There were only seven of the achiever awards presented," said Johnson. "Cline is the only woman to receive one of them."

Ken Campbell of Cape Girardeau, agent for the Farmers Insurance Group of Companies, has been honored for sales achievement during 1991.
Campbell, an agent with Farmers Insurance for 13 years, has been invited to attend the company's 1992 Topper Club Convention at San Antonio, Texas, for the group's top sales producers.

SIKESTON Henry Dirnberger, owner of Superior Office Products of Sikeston, has been named to the 1992 Dealer Honor Council of Minolta Corp.'s Business Equipment Division.
He received his award during a meeting at the Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancun resort.
Minolta copier dealers who attained sales goals during the past year were treated by the Minolta Business Equipment Division to the Cancun, Mexico, trip.

Dr. Shanon Kirchhoff, a Cape Girardeau orthodontist, was guest speaker during the Missouri Dental Association's annual meeting recently in St. Louis.
Kirchhoff discussed the importance of early orthodontic treatment.
The American Association of Orthodontists recommends every child visit an orthodontist by age 7.

Debbie Harris and Dottie Retherford, both of Cape Girardeau, and Rebecca Hager of Frohna are among eight Southeast Missouri residents who have completed the Dietary Manager's Program at Southeast Missouri State University.
The graduates, employed in hospitals or nursing homes, received certificates of completion during a graduation ceremony recently.
Since August 1991, each of the students has attended 15 one-day sessions. Between sessions they performed assignments under the supervision of their sponsoring dietitian while continuing full-time jobs.
The curriculum, which has been approved by the Missouri Division of Aging, included 90 hours of classroom instruction and 150 hours of supervised clinical experiences.
